I sell homes to both toothless rednecks and people with more money than you could imagine.

I occasionally sell them land, and a home to be built on said land.

Even rarer still, I just sell them land.

People turn their nose up at my product, and I shit all over them, because every time it's nicer than the site-built alternative in a comparable price-point (or even when compared for double the cost per square foot).
