Lets take a step away from memecoins for a moment and talk investment plans. I'm a small business owner who recently gained a few more accounts and thus am making far more money than I want to pay income taxes on, so I'm looking to invest some of the companies profits in some ETF's. When it comes to creating a brokerage account, can I get away with making a personal account and use the company bank account to fund it or do I need to create an a SEP IRA account and actually use my EIN for filing and fund it with the company account? Also any recommendations on ETF's or Mutuals? I'm definitely thinking Commodities and Emerging markets.
