difference is kin is backed by kik, which is.worth 1billion+ , so they have deep pockets.
they have the potential demographic locked down, doesn't guarantee they will manage the tech. currently migrating to stellar.. this isnt going anywhere anytime soon.
i threw a few hundred dollars at it, expecting to hold it 1-2 years minimum. if the project hasnt tanked by then i expect to have a good amount of money.
