I know it hurts. But think about what you have. You can breathe. Literally the most precious gift is the ability to think and to breathe. You have clean water. We have t-shirts and bedding. Think about how incalculably expensive a T-shirt would be to someone in a stone-age society. Wealth is relative, OP. Be grateful for what you have. It can be better, we just need to show gratitude and be thankful.

It's a learning experience. I had a tingling feeling I should've cashed out (either all or a portion) in December - things were just too green, and I knew normie/media hype wouldn't last long. The rate of new money entering was tapering.

But I was greedy, and so were all the other pink wojaks here. Next time around I'm definitely selling off at what seems to be peak mania. I remember screenshots being posted here and laughed at when some guys proudly sold at 12k (before it hit 15-20k). In reality they were right in terms of the macro trend; they didn't call the top exactly but still called the overall movements accurately, and now they're buying back in wherever they see fit at a huge discount, all across the market.

Now THAT sounds way comfier to me.

You can never tell when this is gonna happen. Lots of smart people and TA guys said it would crash at 8k. All you can do is cash out your initial investment and some profit slowly as things go up.
