Haven't heard of Sberbank life insurances in particular, but there are at least 3 insurance companies experimenting with CL. There's a lot going on with Sberbank though, so insurances are highly likely as well. They're pretty open about it since they want to establish themselves as pioneers in this field and tech in general (Putins agenda).
