Stellar is on its 5th Elliot Wave, heading to first minor resistance of 5800. Should this be penetrated, we are going to new ATH.

5800 is guaranteed, new ATH depends on the movement of BTC. But im bullish on this, couse BTC has just found it's floor and the only way is up.
