Hello money savvy /biz/nesspeople,

So, I was wondering what was the better investment in the long term:
-renting an apartment;
-purchasing an house;
-purchasing a condo.

Well, I am considering purchasing in Montréal right now, which has a pretty strong buyer's market for new condos.

Not sure how the market will evolve in the next few years.

It's kinda hard to get good data on the market because most information sources are real estate agents and condo builders.
