I put practically all my spare money in crypto and I hate spending but I've decided it's time I got a new laptop. the one ive got now is a shitty lenovo that I've had for 5 years, it lags just trying to load up fucking trading websites. so I'm looking to spend under £1000 on a new laptop solely for trading cryptos. what is your recommendations biz.

Those damn charts use up so much CPU.

I have an i5 latest gen, open a few coins up in different tabs, and my CPU shoots up to 80-90% usage and my temps are through the roof.

I get much less CPU usage and heat playing a new 3d game from Steam.

It's more secure than most other OSes and you don't have to get autistic with it like you do Linux distros.

Use a raspberry pi with Ubuntu mate as an airgapped wallet device.

and yes, as an owner of the chromebook pixel 2, I can say that it cannot be hacked, plus you can mount a linux vm in dev mode which is good but risky if others can get to your computer, I'd say chromeos is pretty safe.

You fagits saying Linux can't be hacked are the dumbest fuckers I have ever seen here. Least install base so less attackers, and open source code, so problems can be fixed, but "unhackable" is a goddamm high bar to set

Plus a 3 cell and 6 cell external that are hotswap capable. So in a word no.
