You download the wallet, then run the turtlesomething.exe until the whole chain is loaded (green text) then run the simplewallet thing, select import wallet, enter your keys when prompted, wait for the wallet to sync (i had to "reset" before it showed my balance properly) then you can see your balance with "balance"

And not sure if you'll make it. You're too late to buy my bags but you may yet buy someone else's
