I tried swallowing a mushroom cap (Psilocybin) like a pill without chewing it and now its stuck in my throat. Specifically that area that feels in between your nose and throat. What do? I don't want it to go to waste.

Also, I am all in holding ICX and OST as my TA indicates to me they are good to hold now.
