A lot of longs is generally a bad thing. When most traders are already long and there are few shorts that must close their position, there's not much fuel to push the price up. That's has been the situation for weeks now.
Now suddenly we have a lot more shorts. That could be positive (if he gets short squeezed and has to cover his positions, buying 7500 btc(!!!) ), or negative (if he knows the price will be crashing)
