It's a Bloomberg Keyboard which is used with the Bloomberg Terminal (as others have pointed out). At my hedge fund, there's less than 10 analysts, and they all share two bloomberg terminals through RDC/VPN. This also allows them to use a regular keyboard. Bloomberg terminal just has a bunch of shortcuts for different functions on Bloomberg (think: your keyboard's Function keys at the top row, that's what the color keys are on Bloomberg's terminal).
