Which one should I use to buy shitc-- altcoins with?
I'm thinking BTC.. because I believe ETH will grow more. Meaning the pairing with BTC will be more profitable, no?

I always buy with ETH, that way it gets paired and ETH has more room for growth. You can always ask an exchange to un-pair from ETH and pair to BTC but it is a long process and requires you to call the exchange up and talk them through the process. Hope that helps!
