>27 year old
>working loser retail job
>too poor to afford college/trade school
>parents have bad credit so 0 chance at a loan
>found out I’m eligible for pell grants
Well brehs this is it, I dumped 75% of my savings into crypto (a measly 1500), in the hopes I can turn it into enough money to afford college for a few years and build some credit to get a loan. Bought in at ATH’s and am getting JUST’d as of now. I have another 100 dollars I’m gonna put into crypto today during this dip for more ETH and ICX. Do I have any chance at making it or should I just cut my losses and keep the money in a savings account before I lose more?

>> No.6839658

if you wanna make decent money invest in low marketcap coins like ACT, AMB, TNT
not some 2B+ coins.
then keep doubling threw small pumps when you reach 10k this is your only way out.

Anon I don’t want to blow my money down the drain like a degenerate gambler on a 10% odd the shitcoins will moon I just want to x3-x5 my money this year. Maybe I don’t have the balls for daytrading but an extra 5-10k this year would be huge. I could probably invest another 500-800 into crypto over the next few months, FUN was me taking a shot at mooning a shitcoin. Did I get Pajeet’d?

First off you’re 27 so your parents credit score doesn’t fucking matter on student loan apps. If you qualify for grants you will also qualify for subsidized student loans. What the fuck are you waiting for get your ass back into school. There is literally nothing holding you back but your own laziness and retardation. You could have started getting your own loans and grants two fucking years ago dumbass.

I have 0 excuse for not getting back in school 2 years ago besides my own fear of being too stupid I’m over it now I can’t be a retail cuck any longer it’s more demeaning than anything at this age. Didn’t know my parents credit didn’t matter for loans thanks for the info I have no one to blame for myself for my own failures at least I know what I have to do now

Welp gonna at least wait until mid feb and see if I can’t at least break even on the one shit coin I tried to gamble on. I like ICX over VEN I don’t trust the Chinese.

1500 would have paid for a semester at trade school. Which would have gave you a headstart saving for the next semester. No offense but you appear to be a crypto noob so why throw what little money you do have into something you dont know much about? Statistically you will probably lose your investment. You probably had a better chance at a casino.

Sorry to be tough but remember most threads on here are people shilling coins they want to unload so they can make money.

A semester and then what? “Hey i did a semester at trade school and still don’t have a skill set hire me plz”. I saw this as a way to have an additional revenue stream in addition to my retail wage cuckoldry, good to know I’ll probably lose my investment tho.

It doesn't even matter if you "do something to better yourself", and then jump out of wagecuckery because you think you have enough income to life without it
sooner or later Pink Wojak Days will come and you will get JUSTed
>no income
>few years gap in resume
>you're fucked

No degrees, previous job experience will help you, because all employers think that "you have lost all experience", so your credentials don't matter, so they will throw your resume in the trash. They need continuous, tidy and seamless record wageslavery.
gaps in cv are like death sentence
OH, and don't you dare getting old with gaps in your resume. might as well write "UNEMPLOYABLE" on your forehead then.

You are disadvantaged but there is a positive to this. Your age means you will probably get 3.7+ GPA due to real life adult discipline. Unless you go to a cutthroat school like Cornell or UCB stem, at least half of your classmates are going to be I'm hs 2.0 mode

>A semester and then what?
Well the idea is your savings will get you through first and possibly second semester of trade school. That gives you time to save up and pay for 3rd and 4th. Also if you can get grants it will make things easier. No memeing, this is what i did. I got a CNC associate degeree in two years7. Started out working making $17 an hour now i am at $26. I work around 50 hrs a week so i end up making around 75k before tax. Friends of mine with engineering degrees are doing good to make that.

It was tough working and going to school full time but i dont regret it now.

At least white collar wage slavery pays a liveable wage and isn’t as demeaning as wearing a stupid uniform. I don’t have many gaps in my resume and don’t plan on using crypto to live a NEET lifestyle, but it would be nice to feel financially secure for once in my life.

Don’t give up brother, I recommend /Fit/ and a gym membership. Lifting will at least boost your confidence and give you a sliver of self worth to the point of not wanting to end it all. /Fit/izens are a bit more of a friendly lot than the pajeets, chunks, and fedora tipping autists with lARP portfolios on this board.
