It really depends desu. Working is useful for generating income.


People that spend all their wagecuck bucks and invest little to nothing are doomed to wagecuck forever.


People that invest a decent portion of their after tax earning (20% minimum) or set up alternate/secondary forms of income (own business, renting out property, etc.) can usually either retire or at least wind down how much they work pretty early.


Lifestyle is also a big part of it. If you're not retarded and spend frugally, you can retire at age 35 (assuming death at 80) with only 500kUSD if you own your property accounting for interest generated. I cringe so much at the tards on this board and leddit that are wagecucking at mcdonalds talking about the lambo they're gonna buy with their $20 in shitcoins in 5 years when they should be talking about long term investments so they can quit the wagecuck life for good.
