I'm an antisocial fuck fellas, is this a normal occurrence? They gave me no way of specifying my willingness to speak to someone in regards to my brokerage shit.

I'm literally in lock-step with what knowledge I'm learning on the fly, I had no intention of just up and immediately doing shit. It was more of a as time allows decision.

When I made my account someone called. I politely told them I was a student and would only be using TS to papertrade and learn. They politely offered me customer service options and le me go on with my day. 6 mo later they called again to ask if they were properly meeting my needs.

Totally normal. Cool people.
