Hej Guys i am planning to mine monero. Got around 20 to 30k to spend on a rig. Can you guys give me some advice on if it is wise to do this? And what tips can you give me about the setup i should use? Plz be friendly for once

You should be asking this on the xmr plebbit, it's the coin with the strongest community

If you don't have experience mining then spending 20-30k on a rig just like that will most likely end dissapointingly.

I would suggest invest most of it in XMR and then build a small rig to gain experience

Do this OP. I'm tempted to mine stuff too, but you should really get your feet wet before dropping substantial cash on it because there is a LOT to learn and you're actually competing in a free PoW market. That means not all miners are successful.
