Let's get a self help thread going while the market's being a bitch /biz.

What books / resources have helped you develop as a trader?

Pic related, read this before entering crypto but has definitely helped me understand the market projection and noticing the occasional trend.

He does define speculation in the earlier chapters, and acknowledges that speculation can also help the market to a degree. However, he does warn you to distinguish between the two, and to not treat speculation in the same way as investing. Which is what a few people here could take onboard.

I seriously hope there are no more people rading "investment books" in modern times. Vast majority, 99% of these books are written by complete idiots with absolute horrific track records OR academics with no skin in game, OR worse, both in one.

That sums up the majority of educational books nowadays, however if you can seperate the helpful info from the bad, it's better than not reading a book.

This is literally OP's book adapted to cryptomarket. How many of you people read it? It's quite good, it actually makes a good case (with economic theory) about crypto volatility not being as high as wall street say it is.

B.G. admitted in his later years that value investing doesn’t work anymore. There are too many people in the game who snatch up the good deals before you notice them. The guaranteed way to get your fair share is to own the entire market with a low-cost index fund.
