who else unironically /dyingofstress/ here?

I can't take this anymore /biz/. How do you manage with the stress? I can't stop staring at charts constantly, watching my portfolio bleed out. I barley sleep anymore. I set alarms so I am only sleeping for an hour at a time because I dont want to be away from my computer for any longer. A few days ago I noticed my hair was falling out in the shower. Today I fucking threw up blood.

During the last crash I was so stressed I ground my teeth so much that I have partial lockjaw so I can barely eat anything because I can't open my mouth, so I've been living off meal replacement shakes. And now its crashing again. I CAN'T TAKE THIS, BUT I NEED IT TO WORK. YOU DONT UNDERSTAND, I AM ALL IN ON THIS. ALL IN. Tell me its not over /biz/, please. If this keeps going I honestly think I might die, I can barley stay conscious as it is already.

Does anyone else know this feel?

You can't control the market, so unless you're planning to make a trade, just realise that it is out of your control and don't look at it for a week. And let's be honest, you'd fuck up a trade anyway so it's for your own good if you just seperate yourself from the graphs. Once you get it into your head that staring at the graphs won't help and that there isn't much you can do but enjoy the ride, you will be happier and find that you can sleep again.

I tried taking a break from crypto yesterday. I read no news and didnt check any prices. I instead cleaned up, worked out, cooked, etc.

This morning I woke up with a severe headache for no reason, and checked the prices from yesterday- something I had mooned and I would have sold if I was watching, and today it's lower than ever so I continue to baghold.

That's true it can be expensive.

Assuming US prices, bananas are super cheap, blueberries go on sale at times (as low as $1/pint at times in my area. Gotta read the circulars as they are normally $3-4 a pop. Wash them, dry them and freeze them if you find them on sale.

Oatmeal is inexpensive. Whole grains support sleep, so a little bit before bed as they increase serotonin production and can do wonders along with magnesium supplementation which can help with sleep quality and calming down one's mind. It's helped me.

Hemp hearts are pricey, but that and other nuts are good with a small amount sprinkled into oatmeal.

Also, cinnamon is a good way to increase the tastiness of it.

Last, but not least, look into L-Theanine. It's super cheap and great for anxiety. 20-50 mg is a good starting point. Google it anon. It kept me from having a breakdown. It's naturally in green tea and is popular in Japan.

Other than that, I never look at charts or graphs, if you’re sad about your 24hr losses, switch to all time to see some green and remember your gains. Also don’t invest more than you can afford to lose, don’t treat a speculative market(cryptos) seriously. sub 500 bil market cap. Even if bear market for 1 year gains will return.

Don't be a fucking retard and hold no real money in your bank account. Go outside, meet a human girl share your hopes and dreams with her, get a real job, fail. Life is always filled with suffering because we're stupid dumb monkeys, give meaning to your suffering or KYS already faggot.

You'll be rich in 5 years from internet coins just hold useful things and don't think about it.

Also if the market cap hits 10 tril get out lol

You need to care less.

If it's going down, the only thing you can do to stop your losses is sell. If you are HODLing there is NOTHING you can do, so may just as well not even look at the charts / set alarms for FUCKING SELL NOW levels.

I can really relate to this.

When i only had a couple grand I didnt give a fuck but once i started hitting 50k and then 100k i got more and more stressed. Doing 10x or 20x really is not that difficult to do in this market and we probably will never ever have an opportunity to do so again. We are so close and the only one stopping us is being to stupid to figure it out. That is the thought that kills me the most

I don't give shit if I lose my investment. I have a job that I love, but would take me probably 15 years or more to buy a house. Crypto gives one in a lifetime opportunity to achieve that way quicker while I'm still in my 20s. This is what makes me anxious sometimes.

You need something else to think about, vidya is a good thing for that, take some drinks too, or smoke if that is your thing. You think what you are constantly doing, so it will help. Try to get better or climb ranks, so it will help even more.

>> No.6795210

This is why you hold some spare ETH and BTC always, so you can buy alts when alts bleed rather than just sit there and stare at the red numbers.

>> No.6795612

If you’re all in then you need to hold for long term gains. The “crash” is Wall Street wannabes exercising their dying breaths. Overall this market will climb. This will be a good year as long as you’re in good coins like LINK, XMR, XLM, not shit coins like tron or Cardano.

ive gained 50 pounds since getting into crypto. i was already chubby now im getting into obese territory. i stress eat constantly and dont leave my chair or computer for more than an hour or two per day. i text my mom when i want food and she delivers it to my room. only time i havent eaten much is once when she was out of town and i had to get my own food i ended up not eating much out of laziness.
