Hi /biz/

If one was to get into luxury real estate, what would be some innovative methods to market this industry other than SEO, Social Networking, QR Codes etc. to attract this specific market (long term investors etc.)?

Location, location, location

What do you mean "get into it"?

Fix and flip? Sell? Wholesale? Buy-and-hold? Notes?

since people general dont get what this means ill try to elaborate.
Don't buy a $10,000 home in detriot in hopes of fixing it up and renting it or reselling.

You literally need a couple million dollars to do this and not risk losing your ass.

What about selling to others as an agent for commission, what would appeal to this target audience in a more contemporary way?

You mean being a real estate agent? Considering you don't know the appropriate term and just seem to be tossing around buzzwords, I doubt you'll make it. Luxury properties like this are generally done through private listings, and most of these agents acquire clientele via word of mouth. It's highly competitive even at the lower levels. You don't just start out showing $1mm homes; you claw your way up from the bottom.

I'm also guessing you're around 18. You don't have the maturity or authoritative presence required to make people feel comfortable making the largest investment of their life with you. Sorry, anon.

What about through online marketing for the real estate listings?

99 percent of real-estate is who you know and where you're selling. That's it. If you don't have the right connections GTFO.

Oh, right. I forgot that the people making $60,000+ in commission per sale are retarded fucking Luddites.

They have it covered.
