You have to either buy or place a sell order way above current price (like 30-60k). If you don't interact with the order books, the few whale bots will keep controlling the price. Eventually you will panic sell for a low price.

if people buy, the price goes up (that one shouldn't be hard to understand). if people see massive sell walls at 30-60k, they are much less likely to sell at 10k, because they too will want to sell at 30-60k. fucking brainlets. whales use similar tactics, though they remove the sell orders as the price goes up (this type of manipulation is illegal in a regulated market though). cucks
