Actually, the Jews are our best argument in this debate. They would have to be the most economically successful ethnic group on the planet (they make up 40% of the 1%, despite being less than 2% of the world's population).
They have done all of this without a home state until very recently, and a home state they have has very little resources). They have never overtly operated colonial empires and conquest.
Their success either proves that wealth generation is in the character of the ethnic group and has little to do with being the victims of colonialism, or that the sneaky bastards have really been behind colonialism all along and are using us as their patsy.
