Going into university

Should do

A) Bachelor of Science and major in
i. Mathematics
ii. Mathematical Statistics

B) Bachelor of Computer Science

Which will lead me to do a Masters in Econometrics or Mathematical Economics

I rarely suggest someone looking at college majors to take into account what they want to do as their masters (exception being future doctors, lawyers, etc.)

The reason is because 4-5 years is a long time to do something you might end up hating, only to do a research thesis on something related to that topic that you thought you would like about 6-7 years ago but now just want to stop altogether. It could work out in the end though.

If you're dead set on it, however, look into the employability of it all. Jobs in CS are generally easier to come by than in math, and many masters programs might accept either as long as you fulfill a few extra requirements to get in.
