Here's your options.

1. Exit everything and cash out, hope to buy back in later on
2. Redistribute and consolidate. In this case you can sell a position at a loss to go deeper into another that has also taken a loss. So ask yourself, out of what's down today, which do you think is going to recover the soonest? Can you sell something that dipped 5% for something that dipped 30% (and is likely to recover that)?
3. Sell everything for ETH or BTC and hope your alts don't recover faster than they do.

Be careful because we might be going bearmode for a while. Watch BTC/USD like a hawk. If you can't accept losing most of that 5k just cash out and come back when things are less shaky.

Just sell everything now. Put your money in cash and bury it in your backyard in a coffee can. You are not cut out for crypto.

Supposedly wall st bonus checks are going straight into crypto tomorrow. I personally would rather hold through a bear market than risk missing the reversal. Try on some iron hands OP I know you want to do something right this second but you really don't have to
