If it hits 5K, let's pretend that it actually stops right there and that's the top of this wave. If that were to happen, I would buy between 4450 (anything above that is way too high) and 4279.

Remember, when this drops, it'll be an ABC wave. So it'll go down sharp, rebound about 30-40ish% of the fall, and make the c leg down again. So don't get fooled thinking the a wave was the dip, because the c wave is actually the real dip.

You can profit the a to b wave trades too, but if you're just looking for a place to go long? 4279. It may go a smidge below that, 2-3%, but it'll be the bottom regardless. The next wave up after that is wave 3 and those are the ones you want to get into, although in crypto wave 5 can end up being the longest sometimes.

Remember, what I said is predicated on the assumption that 5K ends up being the top of wave 1 here.

Yes that's essentially it. Now, label your sub waves. Actually, you need to label your superset, which is, your Elliot Wave.

So your ABC is your correction wave down (wave 4). Wave 4 is = to C. The ATH is = to Wave 3. So Wave 3 ABC corrected into Wave 4. Classic and textbook.

Now look from C (wave 4) to 1.

1 is where we are, and you can see the subset worked perfectly as it always does. There are a clear 5 wave points that made 1, point 5 is the top of where we are right now (and are waiting to see where it finishes).

Once we know, we can pull fibs from our #2 subset to the 1 to find out where the ABC correction dip into 2 is actually going to be.

Works everytime, it's not rocket science, it's bots trading the way they were programmed to trade, and understanding this gives you power.

People who ignore TA will be left behind in the dust. It's just that simple.

Remember there are lots of rules when you pull your fibs though, each wave retraces its own fib levels, so it's not so cookie cutter. Keep it up and keep learning. You're on the right track.
