Please respect these digits.

In other words, how do I make money in a bear market? The bull was easy, just hold for a nice x10. But the bear will rip it away and eat it in front of my face.

Is that the only bit of advice? Just sell the top and buy the dips, hoping it doesn't dip downward further, and holding until it rises again?

I mean I do this anyway, but is that all there is to it?

There are three known defenses against a bear.

>time, wait until it dies
>cash, to buy shit now hoping it will save you later

I thought fidget spinning was a dumb trend, but then I got mine. I felt the spin, I felt it on my finger, I felt the rush of a good spin. It changed me. I got my spinner ironically, but I was wrong. Its amazing, I'm smarter, more productive, more focused at work, a simple task is now much better. Outsiders dont get it, they dont get us. I'm not saying were better but were more open minded and probably smarter. I love this community, and I love this way of life..

I smugly congratulate myself for holding when other people are selling. It makes me feel smarter and better than regular people.

Often you would make more buy selling and rebuying lower, retard. You may be smarter than some panic sellers, but you are certainly dumber than good traders who can trade downward.

Waiting until it dies was my original thought, but cashing out to FIAT entirely would be just as painful. I think I'm just going to go all in on smaller caps and wait it out personally. Not yet, but by EOM so I exit my positions gracefully (hopefully).

That's a good point. I always keep some Fiat ready to put in when shit dips. I will consider what you say.
