Alright, dead board. Answer me this:
If I run an online web business, can I tally up the costs of buying the domain and server fees, and write that off as a business expense on my taxes? It's a single-member LLC, so for all intents and purposes this is considered "self-employed" on the federal tax return.

Planning on getting a Swedish dedicated server soon, but it's going to run me $155/mo, and I want some of that money back at the end of the year.

Yes of course. You're basically asking "what's a tax deduction?" So I will refer you to IRS publication 535

Follow-up question: Why is the IRS so shit at creating pleasing layouts for their dry information? They couldn't find some high schooler to do their graphics design for them?
