Sell dude. Rebuy at a later price if you really believe in it but consider:

1. This news is still pretty fresh - there are plenty of people who haven't heard the news yet and at least some of them will sell when they do hear about it

2. Buyer enthusiasm is low - people don't buy in a free-fall.

This could drop like another 20-40%. I'm not necessarily saying move everything into tether/fiat, frankly I wouldn't, but you should move out of alts that you don't believe in long-term right now. If you believe in buy signals, you should believe in the reverse, and ICX has the biggest sell signal of any coin. The whole thing was perched on top of Korean crypto enthusiasm.
