OP i did this too and followed their instructions about send a photo of yourself and your ID with an open support ticket along with email and they respinded like 30 mins, but this was in late December.

Absolutely. I literally have the worst luck in the world. I always make it to the finish line then somehow stumble. This was a worst case scenerio and I know this is sort of new for everyone so I wanted to make sure I tried to document the incident so you all know to not to make the same mistake I made. I am kind of halfassing the posts but you all get the point. I am literally having someone rebuild my phone and the entire board. He is a professional that has dealt with similiar stuff. He dried out what he could and basically is rebuilding the rest like the charging port was to damaged from water etc etc so all that will be replaced and the phone will be handed over to me the way it was before the drop and ill be able to just check my codes log in and go about my business. I have fell so behind that I literally have not looked at a single coin in 11 days. I have no clue how much I have lost or gained. Too depressed. but also it seems like so much has happened in last 11 days that I wouldnt be able to catch up that quickly. I want to just use a paper wallet but feel that will fail somehow because everytime I try to make a move something stupid happens and I lose money. hitherto I was researching daily but I am kinda falling behind. Thanks to my fucking toilet and giant clumsy hands. I am 6 foot 6 with long black hair so everything I do is perceived as loud, obnoxious, disturbing, too much, a big fucking mistake or not good enough...

But srsly, good on you anon. Bitstamp, bittrex, gemini and cex io are actually good at customer service.

Some of the other smaller exchanges, localised areas to you, are better due to general business practice.
