Both exchanges are having issues. A lot of people are selling temporarily until they have a safe place for their COLX. There's also no new money flowing in because of this reason.

With kucoin, cryptopia and nextexchange coming this week this will be fixed very very soon. No worries.

Noone can buy the coins any more with the 2 exchanges down. Price can only drop as long as this continues.
