There's a dude that walks around Dolores Park in San Francisco with a cooler full of coconuts and a couple handles of rum. He hacks them open with a meat cleaver and has you chug as much coconut water as you can while he fills it up with copious amounts of cheap rum. Dude fetches $11 a pop and sells 100+ a day easily during warmer months.

Yeah they do quite well at sporting tailgates, and other such events; should have no problem selling them for $5+/ea. $1.50/coconut in bulk if you're by the coast. Thai coconuts are sweetest and cheapest 8-)
