Back when I was waiting for verification, I used ntrust. They have no fees but you pay a premium for BTC, works out close to the same in the end to coinbase. You would have to transfer to binance or something and move to ETH. Use my code, chr1018, we both get 2 bucks. It was a good stop gap, I've since moved on because I have US accounts so I use Gemini.
