Someone redpill me on Sweetbridge crowdsale. I'm close to pulling the trigger on this but something prevents me from doing it. I want to hear what others have to say about this.

Here's what bothers me about Sweetbridge and I hope to get an answer from smarter anons here.

1. They say that there will be a mechanism in place to prevent PnD and the price skyrocket due to overhype. What the fuck is that supposed to mean? Will they be pulling a Ripple on us and keep a billions of tokens locked so they can dump them on the market whenever they fill like it? Will we be holding bags for months/years? Are we cunts for buying into this?

2. Legal Framework
The only way this can work is if countries take blockchain and smart contracts seriously. Is it realistic to assume this will happen in the future? Even if there will be a legal framework for this in the next 5 years, when you look back at point no. 1, does this mean we'll be holding bags for years to get 50% gains?

3. If I put my house on the blockchain and don't pay back, who comes to liquidate my house? Will they have thousands of employees around the globe to do this? Will it all be based on Smart Contracts without human interaction? Does this mean I can buy a house on the blockchain?
