Does this actually happen? Do txs actually get lost like this or did OP fug up?

This time last year, 5 ETH was $50. It's shocking that it's $5000 now.

I lost .2 eth last night into coss. Sent it to address. Tx says completed in etherscan. Wallet address changed on coss. No idea where the original wallet went.

Its a small amount, but it could have just as easily been 20 eth.

12 hours is way too long. I’ve moved BTC, ETH and LTC across exchanges. Never took even an hour. BTC took the longest at like ten minutes.

>Wallet address changed on coss
What the fug. Remind me never to use coss.

Check transaction status yourself, it is probably pending and reseting the timestamp together with another million transactions. Relax anon.
Protip: NEO sends with no fees and in few seconds.

I sent a small amount of BTC to KuCoin yesterday around 17:30
I looked at my phone this morning and got an email 13 hours later from KC confirming the transaction

I also cashed out a small portion of my COSS stack into eth because it was much higher than the btc pair, before I realized eth withdrawal was disabled. And pretty much every coin with withdrawal support and eth pairing had no liquidity. Luckily there was a bug with the ETH/LTC pairing that preventing buy orders from being filled which artificially kept the price high and I was able to sell my ETH to LTC and withdrawel.

Ok Grandpa. Old war stories are nice, but we'd like to hear from someone moving crypto in this decade.

Why would I lie about something so insignificant? Whatever. I’m sure I’ll get hit by some transaction bullshit in future but it hasn’t happened to me, yet. It’ll be brutal when it happens because so much money can be gained or lost in a day.

I waited 12 hours for my 10 ETH withdrawal from Kucoin
Next time withdraw in 1 Eth batches

Email the etherscan link to the support of the exchange you set it to. Kucoin can't help you. They already sent it. The coin is lost on the blockchain because whatever exchange you sent it to is so overwhelmed right now they're hours behind. For the last couple of days it hasn't been unusual to see 12-24HR delays on ETH. Even LTC was taking 6-12.

This is why the oldcoiners are dying. The systems can't scale properly if anyone is actually using them. The exchanges aren't built to handle this many simultaneous users. The normie flood is acting like DDOS. Half the exchanges have just shut off new registration entirely.
