Many ico's are actually shilled here on /biz/, you just gotta look out for them.
Additionally, look on bitcointalk (lots of shills though) or reddit (cryptocurrency/ethtrader).
You can also just look on ICOalert, but there's so many fucking ICO's that it's difficult to sift through them.
In this market though, literally through money at anything that's either chinese/not a shitcoin and you should win.
