If you really believe in your coin it's easier to sit on it and watch it grow instead of stressing yourself out on missing moon missions. I try to educate myself every second I don't have to work my actual job, if I don't then I'm that much more likely to get left behind.

If it makes you feel better, my very first transaction was sending $700 of ETH, hot off my credit card, to an address for a different currency. Gone with the wind. Spent the rest of the day depressed about it. Waited a week for 2k from my bank and have since recovered that 700 just by hodl.

Don't think about it as money you lost, when you've actually tripled your investment. And you've learned from it too.
