Not sure why HST would be used? Its good for showing the possibilty.. but a government can hire any company for this, why use this garbage? They just made HST because its possible and thats it.

I believe more in their Clarify project, that all new ICO's have to use their token.
They release a collaboration with a big ICO side soon, I predict big moves then.
The poll thing is something to the side for me, if it works great, normies might pick up the application
