you feel this way because you inherently know that its wicked what you are doing anon. i would know because i was in the same shoes as you not even a year ago. i was a chronically weed smoking coom addicted slob but i have managed to turn my life around in less than a year. it sounds strange but i noticed that my degenerate habits reflected in myself and how the world sees and treats me, basically i felt like a complete loser. i think the thing that got the ball rolling for me were two friends who invited me to join them in the gym sometime in october last year. i actually used to be a gymrat for about 4 years before eventually quitting and induldging in my degen habits. fast forward to today i lost around 60lbs, look younger, sharper and healthier and feel like a new person, mentally and physically. i actually feel like my true self as corny as it sounds. look into semen retention and find another way to channel your energy like for me exercising and lifting have done. however the most helpful factor for me was finding Jesus Christ in early december last year and praying for the repentance of my sins and for Him to help me with my struggles. in hindsight porn really is the definition of wickedness because it completely tricks your brain and overall reward system to the point where you become an addict to your own body but as >>59008358 mentioned we were all too young to understand. i feel lucky to having figured it out in my 20s now but i still regret to have fallen victim to porn when i was younger. its important to remember that its not real and that you are being tricked and that there is no point in wasting all of your potential for 10-20 seconds of pleasure to some pixels on a screen. remember monkeys only masturbate in captivity
