Yeah if you know somebody. But it will be a job in finance data entry or just consulting on the phone. It helps if your gymnasium (highschool) had finance/economic related subjects.

Would you hire a dumb cunt without a degree to a finance job?

If by "finance job" you mean "bookkeeper with no chance of promotion", yes. Some professions explicitly require a degree or certain number of credits, and even people who graduate with a degree in finance struggle getting a real finance job that isn't selling insurance to old ladies.

I understand not wanting to get a degree, but even a history degree or something not business related is better than nothing. A nice why to get a degree without really trying is to do that thing where you use Sophia and Study.com to get a bunch of credits you can transfer to WGU. It gets you an accredited degree with much less cost and effort. Perfect for people who just need a piece of paper and don't need to worry about recruiting. If you did that while working as a low-level tax-preparer or bookkeeper you could probably start working your way up.

Yes. I had a friend join Fidelity when they opened a new facility. He had a friend get him in and he passed all their exams/certifications. Ended up making big money and got his then-girlfriend into the same place. Got married and made more big money. He recently got downsized and has no new connections. So its still an unstable life.

You can get a financial advisor job. All it takes is the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66, and they take anyone. You will be a glorified mutual fund/ETF salesman helping people who have across too much money, are smart enough to know they should talk to a financial advisor, but are not smart enough to know that the financial advisor shop in their town is just an ETF/Mutual fund shop. Be wary though, half of them are pyramid schemes taking advantage of (you), and other people without degrees who want a professional feeling job.

Probably.
Think it's more about passing regulatory exams than having a bachelors or whatever. Like any field, no degree will be met with some condescension, but you can make up for that if your personality comes across like someone who's smart and means business.
