This is a very good question. It's gotta be easier than a merger or whatever the fuck else he's got going on. Just do a quick 2 for 1 via dividend, say it's for the "expanding business" or whatever, and boom. The cause of failure from last time has been dealt with and the company frankly cannot proceed without shaking out these shorts.
