Is diversifying just a meme?

I'm currently 50% into REQ, 35% VEN and the rest into ENG.

Now I'm thinking about moving about 20% of my REQ stack into another coin (MOD).

Is this a smart move or is REQ about to explode again?

Diversifying is fine, but not too much. No more than four coins plus a short term trading stack. Fwiw MOD is almost guaranteed to skyrocket once people find out more about it.

its a wash, i diversified eth into lots of shit coins in the last year and in the finaly tally, just holding eth id'd be even and there'd be no stress.

I want my eth back, but whatever, the fact that all the shitcoins are pulling along is some solace, if a couple of them outperform then it will be a good story whcih is starting to happen as neo, nem, xlm, strat, and lisk are pretty much where I went.

I made more money the second I consolidated.

I like a nice safe coin like eth at top, a few mature coins, then a big dollop of roaring $0.25-$3 coins like ripple,ox or stellar. After that, a smaller fund for fucking around with cheap shut that might take off like cnd, trx, poe Only one coin for each category
