I think it is also part of the fact the world is extra tough when you are at that level, like ravenous wolves, and they all protect eachother as long as they take the knee to their current agenda, when they are not towing the line then they are just cast out and quickly get eaten up by some sort of sex scandal, alleged tax fraud, PR nightmare that would have just existed but gone by in plain sight with nobody caring

Divorces are one of the best ways for these guys to get their money. It's not the divorce rape that's unfortunate for them, it's the fact that their wealth is almost entirely in assets they have no access to and aren't legally allowed to liquidate. When they get a divorce the very court that prevented them from firing all those employees and shutting down various company assets is the one that will force them to do so. Billionaires aren't really billionaires because most of their wealth ends up being stolen and controlled by unions and government.
