Call me a poorfag if you like (I am) I started with $3500, lost all of it in 4 months, and by some miracle I bought a meme at 50k mc for $150 which I sold at around $2M mc and made $6k (2.5k total profit). This part of crypto is just full
of scammers and dishonest scumbags. Something like apu happening again is just very rare. Most memes with a more honest team and not a jeet rugpull scam dies at $3M. It’s just too fucking stressful and nearly lost my mind to it. The fact that I won all of my money back with a little extra is an act of god. You have to be monitoring this shit for 24/7 and I would rather make a more stable investment. All of them are essentially scams. The ones that aren’t honeypots or rugpulls are pyramid schemes.
Atleast altcoins don’t go to zero within only hours or couple days.

Once you've fucked around a bit with the shitcoin game and understand it somewhat it's good to take a step back. Then you only come back when you're browsing biz or something like it and you see a golden opportunity. For example, I took a look on here once in the early days of apu and saw everyone freaking out because palladius had just rugged it. I knew right away that this was golden, and I had to buy that retarded shit immediately. Apu was a huge meme and the coin already had a record of making people rich, so I know it would come back. People weren't just going to forget about that. I threw 500 in at the very bottom and made several multiples. If I held it all the way to the top, and I was planning on holding to a new ath, I could have made over 100k from 500 dollars. Midwits on this board talked me into selling though. Everyone thought palladius would rug again, so I took my money and ran.

Yeah it's worth it you just need to be very choosy with your marks and be able to look at the noise and find the genuine autistic energy. It's a skill in a fucked up postmodern kind of way and you do get better at it over time especially if you're cut from similar cloth. It never truly makes sense to normies that's why normies stick to existing trending coins with much bigger market cap.

I think personally that 50k is really low marketcap for someone of your experience level. I'd recommend looking at 1-3m market caps because that way you're not the one risking bank to test dangerous waters.

As for teams there's this weird sweet spot for a team where they aren't jeets but also are willing to do what it takes to make waves if you know what I mean. You want a team that's mostly honest but willing to play ball. Oh and if the memes are bad or A.I. generated run and don't look back. Squid had terrible A.I. generated gay squidward memes and that's why they inevitably bled to death.

Memecoin follow the rest of the crypto but with a very high volatility, they will rise more when other cryptos are pumping, but also crash lower

PEPE was my best investment so far and that includes stocks

They can be. You kind of need to approach them from an investors perspective imo, but it's hard to find good fundamentals in a shitcoin. Something that's relatively low cap, has an active community, has proven itself to not be a scam, and has a bunch of influencers ready to push it

these websites are retard-proof but that comes with a cost
you can launch a solana coin on pump [dot] fun or dexscreener moonshot for 3 dollars or you can use "bedrocktools [dot] io" to launch an ethereum token or a base token but that costs like $100
obviously if you know what you are doing you can launch a token for even less money
on top of the cost for launching the token you have to pay for dexscreener and that costs $300
