None of that happened to me except for the hair, but I got one of those monthly hair subscription things and the spots that were thinning are back at full strength again and it doesn't fall like crazy anymore, I started taking it about 6 months before I turned 30 when I just noticed very slight thinning. The thing about hair loss is you need to take medicine at the first hint of your hair falling. I was smart about it. I'm never gonna lose my hair, you can't be like these idiots that wait for it all to be gone, than take minoxidil and finasteride with a head as shiny as a cue ball expecting a miracle to happen. I’m 29 and starting to feel a bit of a physical decline but still look young (honestly, compared to most of you I probably look like a baby) and have stamina.
