but while I’m waiting, Google is running node on fantom and this Sonic, and is funding projects during the migration process that Fantom itself is funding.
So that would be Equal, Beets, Brush, etc.
AAVE, Compound, Balancer, CRV and more are also angel investing in this. It could indeed be very big. You gotta think, it’s the first chain ever that has successfully scaled the EVM, and that’s at the same time as ETH ETF.
It’s an L1 with an L2 bridge connecting natively to Ethereum, first of its kind.

If Sonic is capable of what they claim, it's like you're buying an improved and actually functional Solana, but with a 25 times lower marketcap. Fantom is THE make it coin this cycle (again). They know their tech, they know how to create hype, they know when it's time to drop bullish news for max price impact. Also they recently got a slap on the wrist with the multichain story, so they are alert and probably highly motivated to deliver something amazing with Sonic. When that happens, 30-40 United States Dollarinos per Coin are more than feasible.

does anyone know how Fantom suddenly boomed last cycle?

I held the coin from 2021 into the early 2021 moon and then down to 15 cents again in summer where i stopped following the development while holding. Then suddenly over night there was 5B TVL a huge ecosystem and the coin mooned hard. I remember it started with those popcycle ICE airdrops that were worth 5 figures and I missed those because i wasnt paying attention. Maybe the airdrops they are planning will actually get things moving.
