I think the early top was a rebound from the travel ban dump plus mass psychosis during riots and lockdown, and that it sapped momentum from what should have been a proper blow off top. I still managed to squeeze out a down payment for my comfy house in November on schedule, but that top should have been higher, and I think we're now on track for a proper blow off top to $400k-650k Q4 2025
