I wouldn't worry, development is bubbling away, ecosystem activity and value is creeping up, 17% APY staking rewards are tasty as always. Hyperbridge is in open testing - polkadot being the only chain capable of verifying the state of external chains, snowfork is getting merged into the stack imminently, the first coretime sales were completed on kusama using lastic, apillon and tanssi are onboarding tons of new projects, universal ledger app is ready and waiting for the next chain update.
