I have an ice cream shop. It's more that I went in on a second location with the owners of the first though. They use the storefront, we split the profits between me and the one who put down the majority of money between them, and I rent out the upstairs. Used the VA loan for nothing down. I live there on paper but have a travel job right now. All the equity from the rent goes to me. The real money is when we start getting are stuff in grocery stores though. Just small grocers for now

I own a screen printing and embroidery shop. I have 4 employees and do about $1million CAD per year, I could do significantly more but I'm happy with the vibe and tempo of the shop as is.
