There seem to be some very real limitations right now and it's a pretty different technology from what I'm use to working with.

One thing that's kept me from building is that I'm a brainlet dev who relies on stackoverflow too much. I have no interest in reading Dfinity's technical documentation or engaging in theoretical discussion on their forum.

Even still; Reverse Gas, Multi-chain capabilities, SNS's, Decentralized storage/compute, HTTP outcalls, and the ability to fund your site entirely through crypto are all major draws. If I had a compelling enough use case, I would pursue it on ICP.
