of course it can, AVAX is hardcapped and deflationary and most of it is staked or delegated to Validators already and the demand for Subnets is huge.

yes AVAX but lets do the math:

Lets say you have 8000 AVAX.
If you stake them on your own Validator for 30 days you get around 43 AVAX which right now is around 1500 dollars. thats $1500 every month at these prices for literally doing nothing but keeping the Server running (piss easy to do).
At an AVAX price of $1000 this is $43000 a month which makes around $500k or so per year.
And thats just what you get from staking, you also get additional AVAX from delegations to your Validator and when "Pay as you Go" becomes a thing for Subnets, you will get paid by hundreds of thousands of Subnets who have to register their Subnets at the P-Chain for an ongoing fee.
